You have two convenient methods to request the deletion of your account and associated data:
- In-App Deletion: The most direct method is through the Cue AI application. Simply navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account. Follow the prompts to verify your identity and confirm the deletion request.
- Support Request: Alternatively, you can submit a deletion request through our support form below. Our team will process your request and guide you through the verification process.
2. Verification Process
Upon receiving your request, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity and confirm your request. This step is essential for protecting your data.
3. Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days. In some cases, processing may take longer if required by law or to ensure data integrity.
4. Data Retention
Even after a deletion request, we may retain certain data as required by law, for auditing purposes, or to resolve disputes. Any data retained will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
5. Consequences of Data Deletion
Please note that once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered and you may lose access to your account and associated information.
