Plans and usage

What changes and why

One weekly allowance makes the work Cue does easier to follow. Plans add more room and abilities that work with your other apps. The details below follow the published plan catalog.

Weekly usage is not active in this catalog. See pricing for the plans currently offered. The explanation below describes how weekly usage works when it is active.

What is a request?

A typical request is one ask to Cue, typed or spoken. What you ask counts wherever you use Cue, including automation runs you set up. Each turn of a task with several steps counts.

Web searches, reading pages or documents, browser steps, hands-free voice and connected app actions add work. Email handled or drafted by autopilot also counts. The app shows how much of your week is left.

Cue’s own background work, memory and indexing do not use your allowance. A request that fails before delivering any work costs nothing. Work already completed during a partially successful request counts. Choosing an offered answer on Cue’s question card is free for the request itself; a typed reply and any work it triggers count.

When it resets

The week resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. The app shows the reset time in your own time zone. At the limit, you can wait for the reset or choose a plan with more room. Your saved tasks, notes and calendar stay available.

Recording uses monthly minutes. Essential’s hands-free voice and recording preview share a monthly pool. These pools reset on the first of the month. Paid hands-free voice uses the weekly allowance.

If you already pay

Existing subscribers and people in a free trial keep today’s plan terms until the first renewal at least 30 days after their notice is delivered. Until then, their existing abilities, storage caps and uncapped chat stay in place. Lifetime purchases keep those terms permanently.

If a future change reduces what your paid plan includes, we give at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the app. It applies only from a renewal that starts at least 30 days after the notice. You can cancel before that renewal.

If you are in the EU or UK, we ask you to agree to a reduction. If you do not agree, you keep your existing terms. The Terms explain these protections.

Cancel or request a refund

Use Manage subscription in Cue’s subscription settings. App Store purchases are managed in Apple’s subscription settings, Google Play purchases in Play, and website purchases through the link in your Paddle receipt or subscription email. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge; access continues through the paid period.

If a reduction applies after you have paid for a new period and you do not want to keep it, tell us within 30 days after the change applies. The Refund policy explains the refund for the unused part of that period, including the App Store process.
