By accessing and using Cue AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Cue AI is an AI-powered application that provides productivity, planning, and habit-building tools, including AI coaching, tasks, notes, goals, and structured programs/packs. The Service is designed to support personal organization and motivation.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account email and optional outreach. If you provide a Cue account email, account/service messages may include a one-time signup welcome, trial-start or access confirmation, purchase or subscription confirmation, security notices, and support replies. Whether a particular welcome or other message is optional outreach depends on its purpose and applicable law; opening an account is not blanket consent to marketing.

Optional promotional tips, reactivation messages, and campaigns are separate. We send them only where permitted, with any required consent and in line with your preferences. The unsubscribe link or available Cue preferences affect optional outreach; essential account/security messages and support replies remain separate. We do not use private Cue content, such as tasks, notes, or conversations, to select or create promotional outreach.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect or store personal data about other users

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Anutech Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Cue AI offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Your access to certain features depends on your subscription status.

• Free Tier: We offer a free tier that provides access to core features of the Service. The specific features, usage limits, and availability of the free tier are determined at our sole discretion and may be modified at any time.
• Premium Subscriptions: Additional features, including certain AI coaching personas and expanded functionality, may require a paid subscription ("Cue Plus" or similar). Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and included features are as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Programs and Packs: Access to specific programs, packs, or related content may vary by plan and may change over time.
• Changes to Plans: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any service tier—including the free tier—at any time. Features currently available for free may become premium features, and vice versa. Usage limits, quotas, or access restrictions may be introduced or adjusted without prior notice.
• No Guarantee of Perpetual Access: Your access to any particular feature, persona, or functionality is not guaranteed in perpetuity. We may discontinue, restrict, or modify any aspect of the Service at our discretion.
• Communication of Changes: While we are not obligated to provide advance notice of changes, we will endeavour to communicate significant modifications to service tiers through the app, our website, or email where practicable.

By using the free tier or any subscription, you acknowledge that the scope and availability of features may change over time.

Cue AI offers coaching features powered by artificial intelligence. Some personas are inspired by historical figures, well-known personalities, or archetypal coaching styles.

• AI-Generated Content: All "expert" or "coach" personas are AI-generated simulations. They are not real people communicating with you.
• No Endorsement or Affiliation: Cue AI has no affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or connection with any real individual (living or deceased), their estates, or their organizations. Names and styles are used for illustrative and inspirational purposes only.
• Creative Interpretation: Persona responses are creative AI interpretations, not authentic representations of any person's actual views, advice, or teachings.

Content provided through Cue AI—including suggestions from AI personas—is for general informational and motivational purposes only. It does not constitute:

• Medical, health, or mental health advice
• Legal or financial advice
• Professional counseling or therapy

Programs, packs, milestones, daily exercises, and coaching prompts are self-guided productivity and habit-formation tools only. They are not medical devices, treatment plans, or clinical interventions, and they are not intended to diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat any condition.

• No doctor-patient, therapist-patient, counselor-client, or similar professional relationship is created by using the Service.
• If a program includes physical activity or wellbeing-related guidance, you are responsible for assessing whether participation is safe and appropriate for you.
• If you experience distress, pain, or an emergency, stop using the Service and seek qualified professional or emergency assistance immediately.

Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health, finances, or legal matters. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please contact appropriate emergency services immediately.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

• Decisions and actions you take based on content from the Service
• Evaluating whether any suggestions are appropriate for your situation
• How you use or apply any programs, packs, routines, or coaching prompts
• Seeking professional guidance when needed

Cue AI provides tools and inspiration only. Individual results vary, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Certain names, terms, or concepts referenced in the app may be trademarks or intellectual property of third parties. Such references are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply any association with or endorsement by the trademark owners.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Cue AI is not a medical service and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We do not warrant or guarantee that any program, pack, routine, suggestion, or coaching output will be effective, suitable for your circumstances, or produce any specific personal, health, or performance outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anutech Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

This includes, without limitation, claims arising from reliance on AI outputs, programs, packs, milestones, or routines, or from outcomes you did not achieve.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anutech Pty Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service.

Cue (Cue Personal AI Assistant) is provided by ANUTECH PTY LTD, an Australian company. This integration lets you use selected existing Cue features through ChatGPT and Codex. A Cue account is required. Your existing Cue permissions, feature limits and third-party calendar authorisations apply. There is no separate integration purchase, checkout or subscription promotion.

You decide which categories and records the integration can access. You are responsible for sharing content you are entitled to share and for checking proposed changes before confirming them. Actions that require confirmation are authorised through Cue's authenticated controls for the exact action and revision. Tool results and operation receipts describe stored results; suggestions written by an AI model are not proof that an action was saved.

The integration supports productivity and permitted everyday planning. It does not provide clinical services, health integrations, financial advice, payments, bank linking, broad mailbox forwarding, device audio recording or a new voice runtime. OpenAI's account terms and controls apply to the ChatGPT or Codex environment in which you use Cue.

You may disconnect the integration at any time. Disconnecting prevents new access under that grant. Records already saved in Cue remain governed by your Cue account controls and the Cue privacy policy. Feature availability may also depend on existing provider connections, outages, your chosen permissions and host support for interactive views.
